- Ownership: Mo Streams does not claim ownership of any Content uploaded, posted, or shared on the Platform. However, by uploading, posting, or sharing Content, you grant Mo Streams a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such Content.
- Content Guidelines: You must comply with Mo Streams' Content Guidelines, which are available on the Platform.
- Copyright Infringement: Mo Streams respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any Content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may notify Mo Streams by our Copyright Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Mo Streams disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mo Streams be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Termination
Mo Streams may terminate or suspend your Account or access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to Terms
Mo Streams reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Platform shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such changes.
